and choose projects were in the business of ideas, and making them real is what we do every day from industrial design to graphic design, brand and digital experience. the culture of these project is about being collaborated, about making things together and about building visions into a reality. and our old space was very crowned, so it had very much a personality which you would find in a start up. and this is actually something that people like they like the proximity, they liked exchanging ideas. and when people saw this new large environments that we're going to move into, they've got a robert scare. there were some concerns about our regional defuse the energy kind of the high of intensity that we had. that was really working for us. so that's really what we kept thinking about as we had time to renovate the environment as we went through the design process. first, we pulled it back to come at first principles. we can work from anywhere we have cloud access. we have laptops with mobile devices. what do we even have a workplace? and it's because we believe that people work better together. we wanted this to be a social landscape, and it's inherent in the name, its public office landscape, and that's intentional. so space we have now is ideal for us, in a sense that it has retained that sort of culture has retained that notion of sharing of things being visible. it really provides the right tools for people to be collaborative and can be assembled. and we assembled based on people's public is improving the way we work in a lot of ways. a nursing of flow of giving people the right variety of settings to suit the task in the character, the job you want to do, create a space that allow people to do all kind of different activities. people can sit down to do their focus work. you can welcome your guests to sit next to you. we can bring down together, and it's easy to find a place to put up your sketches to share the ideas or project your computer, display on the tv. you can create any kind of layout and support the creative flow through the entire office, the space in public in general, really allows to modulate how much of these spaces are open, collaborative, and how much are more about forest. we really think of the space as a palate for all of our ideas. our projects are such that you're collaborating with people in different teams, people in different places in the office, all the times. so we're constantly walking around, we're constantly moving, and we see what each other is working on and were inspired by their work, were encouraged to jump into a conversation. join a brain storm. see what's going on that cross pollination of ideas really act to the communal wisdom of fuse and enhances work that, and to need us a living office. people come in here and say, like, wow, i want to work here. this looks like a great place to celebrate. this looks like the social atmosphere that i want to have. it's more than just a nice to have is why this place exists.
